Ingredients
4 servings

1 TbspVegetable oil

2 cupsonion
sliced

2garlic cloves
minced

1 cupcelery

1 cupred peppers
or green, sliced in thin strips

1 cupsliced mushrooms

1 cupbean sprouts

12 ozpork
julienne sliced cut cooked

2 tspsoy sauce

1 packetinstant chicken broth

¾ cupwater

1 tspcornstarch

2 Tbspgreen onion

2 cupslong grain rice
cooked, hot
Instructions
Step 1
In 10 inch skillet heat oil
add onions and garlic and saute briefly (do not brown)
Add celery and peppers and saute until tender crisp, about 3 min.
Step 2
Add pork, soy sauce and broth mix and stir to combine. Combine water and cornstarch add to skillet and cook sstirring constantly until mixture is thickened.
Sprinkle with green onion and serve over rice.
