Step 1
Cook pasta as according to the box. Safe 1/2 cup of pasta water for later.
Step 2
Cut bacon into bite size pieces. Place in pan and cook under fat is rendered.
Step 3
Add garlic and seasonings to the pan.
Step 4
Add 2 tablespoons flour. Pour in milk. Cook until thickens.
Step 5
Add 1/2 cup pasta water, grated parm and sour cream.
Step 6
Stir and combine with cooked spaghetti.
