Step 1
FIRST mix flour, salt and oil until crumbly/GRADUALLY knead in water until it’s a dough/LET REST 1h at room temp
Step 2
Fry the onion, ginger in spices in oil until fragrant
Step 3
ADD and slightly MASH/CUT the dough in 8 pieces/ROLL out circles/CUT in half/FOLD and FILL as shown in the video/BRUSH with oil bake or air fry at 190C/375F for 20mins (flip halfway through)
