Ingredients
3 servings
Sauce

4 tablespoonsdark soy sauce

1 ½ tablespoonhoney

½ teaspoonchilli flakes

1 teaspoonchilli paste

1 teaspoongarlic paste

1 teaspoonginger paste

1 ½ teaspoonSriracha sauce
reduce for less spice

1 teaspoonsweet chilli sauce

50mlWater
or Chicken Stock

Instructions
Step 1

To a bowl, add all of the sauce ingredients and whisk well. Set aside until later.
Step 2

Chop the chicken into thin strips, and cut the veg as per your preference.
Step 3
In a different bowl, add the chopped chicken breast, a drop of soy sauce, salt, pepper and corn flour. Combine well until the chicken is coated in the flour.
Step 4
Heat a wok/deep pan over a high heat until the oil starts to lightly smoke. Add the onions and garlic and sauté well.
Step 5

Add the chicken to the pan and fry until golden brown.
Step 6

Once the chicken is cooked, add the veg and fry for a couple of mins. Add the sauce mix and allow to bubble over a medium/high heat.
Step 7
If the sauce is too thin, add some cornflour mix and allow to reduce further. If it is too thick, add some extra stock/water to the pan.
Step 8

Cook the noodles as per the instructions on the packet. Could also substitute rice for this recipe.
Step 9

Add the cooked noodles to a bowl, ladle the chicken/veg stir fry mix over the noodles and garnish with chilli flakes, spring onion and sesame seeds.
