Instructions
Step 1
Cook noodles according to packet instructions.
Step 2
Stir fry tempeh in a pan over medium-high heat for 5-8 minutes.
Step 3
Combine all the salad ingredients with peanuts, cooked noodles and tempeh.
Step 4
Make the dressing by whisking the soy sauce, maple syrup, lemon juice, sesame oil and chilli.
Step 5
Divide salad into four serves. Keep the dressing separate and store in the fridge. Dress the salad right before serving.
