Cut pork thigh in small pieces

Boil 10 Chile California for 20min
Step 3
Blend Chile California, half of annatto paste, add two garlic cloves, half a cup of pineapple juice in blender till its well blend

Add 10 slices of pineapple

Now cover and let marinate over night inside refrigerator

Put oil on pan and add meat leave on low heat for 45min
