Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees c fan. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a medium casserole dish over medium heat and cook the leeks for 10 minutes stirring occasionally until softened. Stir through the spinach and cook for a couple minutes more until wilted
Step 2
Remove from heat and stir through the cheese sauce haddock and plenty of seasoning
Step 3
Mix breadcrumbs with remaining 1/2 tablespoon oil and plenty of seasoning. Scatter over the haddock mixture and cook in the oven for 25 minutes until golden and bubbling. Serve
