Cook the earl grey oatmeal
Step 1
Slowly bring milk to a gentle boil taking care not to scald it.
Step 2
Add tea bags and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and replace milk over heat.
Step 3
Add oats and cook as directed in the lavender milk.
Step 4
Stir in brown sugar.
Make the cardamom & honey cream
Step 5
Stir together the yogurt, honey, cardamom, and cinnamon. Use cream as needed to thin out the mixture.
