Instructions
For The Salmon:
Step 1
Mix together the miso, vinegar, teriyaki marinade, maple syrup, and sesame oil. Place salmon filets in marinade, and marinade for 30 mins to 4 hours. To bake: Preheat oven to 425F. Bake until salmon reaches 145F internally (about 15-20 minutes) Optional: After baking 10 minutes, spoon more marinade over the salmon.

For the French Green Beans:
Step 2
Toss green beans with a generous drizzle of olive oil, minced garlic, a sprinkle of herbed sea salt, and fresh cracked pepper. Convection bake at 350F for 7-12 minutes. (I tend to like my beans still crunchy, but you can bake them until they are your desired taste)
For the Delicata Squash:
Step 3
Wash thoroughly. Slice off ends and split down the middle lengthwise. Scrape out the seeds. Cut into 1/2” slices. Place on a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil, herbed sea salt, and a few tablespoons of the leftover salmon marinate. Bake at 425F until tender (about 30 minutes).
For the Sushi Rice:
Step 4
Wash two cups of sushi rice. Place in instant pot with two cups of water and pressure cook on high for 5 minutes, let sit for 10 minutes before releasing the steam valve. Open & serve.
