Instructions
Step 1

On a non-stick pan toast - low heat - the sesame seeds.
Stir every once in a while.


Step 2
Once toasted let sit the sesame seeds till colder.
Step 3
In a blender put the sesame seed now tepid with the sesame oil and the pinch of salt.
Blend till you obtain a smooth consistency!
You can add some water if it seems too thick - I would suggest 1 to 3 spoons.




Step 4

Enjoy your tahini sauce!
