Chipotle BBQ Sauce
5 steps
Prep:10minCook:35min
The sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time.
You can use onions as a side dish (on burgers, for example), or blend them into the sauce. Pick out the Chipotle peppers before blending or the sauce will be too hot.
The sauce is good mixed in with porridges (rice, buckwheat).
