Instructions

Step 1
cut onion in half

in a large pot bring chicken breast, tomatoes, onion, bay leaves and chicken bouillon to a boil

once tomatoes are peeling and onion is separating remove from water and place in a blender
Step 4
add 3 chipotle peppers to blender and blend tomatoes, onion and peppers until smooth, if the sauce is too thick add water from the pot or chicken broth, set aside

make sure chicken is fully cooked before dumping water, once it’s cooked through shred the chicken and set aside
Step 6
cook one package of chorizo in a pan, when fully cooked add chicken, mix, add sauce, mix, let it all heat back up

layer your tostada with refried beans then the meat, top with cilantro, cotija cheese or eat with tortilla chips
