Instructions
Step 1
In medium bowl, combine mushrooms and marinade. Set aside for 30 minutes.

Step 2
Heat a large skillet. Add olive oil; heat until it shimmers.

Step 3
Cook mushrooms until lightly browned. Work in batches so they aren't overcrowded (they'll steam, not brown), about 15 minutes per batch.
Step 4
Serve as tacos or in burrito bowls, or use in place of beef or chicken for other Mexican dishes.
