Instructions
Step 1
Crumble the tofu with your hands until it resembles ground beef (lol). Squeeze out excess liquid.
Step 2
Prep all veggies.
Step 3
In a pan, heat oil and sauté the sliced onions for 1 min.
Step 4
Add cabbage. Fry for 1 min.
Step 5
Add garlic, ginger and grated carrots. Sauté for 3 mins until the vegetables are get soft.
Step 6
Add crumbled in tofu.
Step 7
Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil and season with salt and pepper & chilli flakes if using.
Step 8
Add coriander.
Step 9
Mix everything together.
Step 10
Be sure to taste this one as tofu can be a bit bland so add salt accordingly.
Step 11
Roll into Lumpia wrappers.
