Instructions
Step 1
Sautee onions in olive oil with garlic, salt and pepper, and oregano until the onions turn clear.
Step 2
Add tomato paste and gently stir until combined
Step 3
Keeping the pan hot, add in stew meat and brown the outside.
Step 4
Transfer mixture to crock pot.
Step 5
Layer (DO NOT MIX) green beans, salt and pepper, canned tomatoes with the juice, more salt and pepper, parsley, oregano, and a generous drizzle of olive oil.
Step 6
Cook on low for 8 hours (preferred) or 4 hours on high.
Step 7
Mix and serve with rice and plain yogurt. If your feelin a little fancy, some crusty bread and olive oil to dip
