1whole-wheat tortilla

¼ cupspinach
washed

1.5 ouncesturkey
or any deli meat
1slice aged cheddar
or any cheese

⅙ cupshredded mexican blend cheese
or any cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Add the spinach, turkey, and both cheeses on top of a tortilla.
Step 2
Fold in the sides, then fold up the bottom and roll it up!
Step 3
Toast or grill until cheese is melted. You may also freeze, let thaw, and microwave.
