Instructions

Step 1
Take 2 lemons and cut into quarters. Slice the remaining lemon into wedges and set aside.
Step 2
Fill a large stock pot with 14-16 cups of water. Place the 2 quartered lemons in the water with the Old Bay seasoning, smashed garlic and quartered onion. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add the cut potatoes and cook for 8 additional minutes.
Step 4
Add the crab and corn and cook for 5 additional minutes.
Step 5
Add the shrimp and sausage and cook for 2-3 additional minutes.
Step 6
While the crab boil is cooking. Melt 3 tbsp. butter in a small bowl and set aside.
Step 7
Drain the crab boil mixture. Keep 1 cup of broth and add to the melted butter. Mix well.
Step 8
Pour the broth and butter mixture over the crab boil and mix well.
Step 9
Top with chopped parsley, lemon wedges and a pinch of Old Bay seasoning and enjoy!
