Chocolate Chip Cookies
*take those two ingredients (1 cup of bread flour* & 1 cup dark brown sugar*) as your benchmark and change the ratio but keep them the same - can lessen white sugar but not dark brown

Instructions
Step 1
*do this half hr beforehand! boil the stick of butter and keep stirring until there are brown bits at the bottom then leave it aside to cool til room temp when it’s warm to touch then sieve it and get about one cup of liquid (can freeze the extra again and eat with toast it’s amazing)
Step 2
add all the wet stuffs and the liquid butter and mix
Step 3
sieve the dry stuffs then mix together with the wet
Step 4
chop up the block of dark chocolate and just fold in both the chocolates
Step 5
shape them into balls about teaspoon size and put in the fridge overnight
Step 6
bake at 180° for 12mins or so
