Instructions
Step 1
Boil lentil for 25-30 minutes on medium heat with the proportions 1:3. Add salt (2g). When ready, let it cool.
Step 2
Process lentil in a blender until smooth. Pour it into a bowl. Preheat pan on low heat. Pour heavy cream on, add peas and salt. Stew it for 1-2 minutes. Add it to cream-sout. Sprinkle the dish with dried tomatoes.
