Instructions
Step 1
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the lined slow cooker.
Step 2
Sprinkle the chicken breasts with ranch seasoning. Top with cream cheese, broken up into chunks.
Step 3
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 3-4. The dish is done when chicken breasts are cooked through.
Step 4
Add ham 1 hour before the chicken is done.
Step 5
Shred the chicken and stir well to combine with the cream cheese.
Step 6
Top with the shredded cheddar cheese and cover until the cheese has melted.
