So this recipe is really an innovation of the healthy banana pancakes that everyone has tried at least once. I made it a tad more fall themed, with a tad more protein in the mix :)

Step 1
Mush your ripe banana in a small bowl

Add in eggs and baking powder, mix really well

Mix in your powdered peanut butter and apple granola
Step 4
Use a 1/2 cup to pour into greased skillet

Cook on both sides evenly

Add your toppings and serve :))
