Peel jicama, cut in half, then into sticks. When slicing the jicama, be sure to cut into small sticks for even cooking and browning. Each serving is 1 Lean, 3 Green, 1 Healthy Fat, 1 condiment.

Instructions

Step 1
Spray jicama sticks with olive oil and bake in a single layer at 400 for 30 min. Turning half way through. Brown beef and season with taco seasoning. Heat milk in a small saucepan. Add cheese and stir until melted. Place 1 1/2 c jicama fries on a plate top with 3.5 oz of beef and 1/2 of the cheese sauce. Add additional toppings.
