Instructions

Step 1
Slice the firm tofu ( thin slices). Press the tofu with a tissue
Step 2
In a bowl, add flour, cornstarch, onion powder, paprika/ cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined
Step 3
In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs, and in a plate add the panko breadcrumbs
Step 4
Coat the tofu with the flour mixture, egg then bread crumbs. You can air fry it or shallow fry.
Step 5
For the sauce, just mix together the Worcestershire sauce, white sugar, ketchup, and water.
