Instructions

Cook the meet

Step 1
Cook meet in small batches Use 4 Tbs olive oil. Medium-High heat until browning. Do not overcorowd the meet! Avoid moisture and liquid. Reserve into a bowl.

Cook the oignons and mushrooms

Step 2
Add butter into the cook pan. Add oignons. cook until soft. Add mushrooms, cook until the moisture is gone. Add garlic. cook 1 min.

Step 3
Add the flour Add the beef stock

The sauce - Second

Step 4
Add Worcestershire sauce Add the mustard Add the pepper Add the salt

Add the Sour creme Add the heavy creme

Add the meet to the sauce

Add the meet and stir. Cook about 3 min.

Add the pasta - Optional !

Step 7
Add the pasta into the sauce. This is optional, it depend if you have enough sauce, the pasta will drink everything.
