Instructions

Rice

Step 1
Cook the rice according package instructions.

Chicken

Step 2
Slice the chicken.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the chicken and fry for 2min. Season with salt and pepper. Fry for another 2-3min. Remove the chicken from the pan.

Teriyaki sauce

Mince the ginger and garlic.

To a bowl add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.

Vegetables

Slice the carrot, bell pepper and onion. Cut the broccoli into small pieces.

Heat the oil in the same pan where you fried the chicken. Add the vegetables and fry for about 4min stirring occasionally. The vegetables should have shrunk in size.

Put the chicken back in the pan. Pure in the teriyaki sauce. Let it simmer for about 2min.

Wrap

Step 9
Place the rice in the front center of the wrap.
Step 10
Pure the sauce over the rice.
Step 11
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 12
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
