Instructions
Step 1
Heat a pot of water over HIGH heat until boiling. Put tri-color rotini into water. Cook according to directions on the box. Hopefully it should be done at the same time as the chicken.
Step 2
Cut chicken into one inch pieces. Season with Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and/or another seasoning of choice.
Step 3
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil on a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken when olive oil is smoking. Cook for about 8-9 minutes.
Step 4
After the pasta has been cooked, drain and return to pot. Add the finished chicken into the pasta and mix it all together.
Step 5
Into a seperate bowl, add halved grape tomatoes and freshly chopped basil. Drizzle with olive oil and mix.
Step 6
Add the tomatoes and basil on top of your serving of chicken and pasta.
Step 7
Add cheese of choice. I used string mozzerella, but parmesan works too.
Step 8
Drizzle balsamic glaze onto the dish and serve.
