This recipe is more than dual it can be used for everything. All you have to do is change shells, and it becomes a completely other meal for your left over beef.

Ingredients

1 lbGround beef
boiled and drained
2 tbltaco seasoning
½ tspcayenne pepper
1 packcorn taco shells
1 packflour tortilla shells
1 packburrito shells

1 poundtaco cheese
1 poundcheddar cheese
1 packtostada shells
1 poundchihuahua cheese
1 headromaine lettuce
shreaded
1tomato
diced
1red onion
diced

sour cream

Instructions
Step 1
Brown ground beef in pot not pan. When browned add 2 cups water. It stops the meat from drying out. In about 5 minutes take the meat off the stove and drain out all the water. Replace the meat to pot, add seasoning and chopped veggies. Cook 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Assemble with your choice of shell for the evening top with cheese and enjoy. For tostadas heat in oven then top with your favorite ingredients. To make burritos heat shell in pan slightly before wrapping. For hard shell corn tacos heat shells in oven and for soft shells heat slightly in pan or over open flame. Tip for burritos omit all chopped fresh vegetables add a can of refried beans and cheddar cheese wrap and enjoy.
