Step 1
This will yield one generous bowl.

- Pour creme fraiche in a bowl and slightly beat it so it’ll be easier for other ingredients to incorporate.

- Add all the herbs, garlic and spring onion and give it a good mix.

- Crumble the feta with your fingers and add to the mix. Dependent on how course of smooth you want the dip to be adjust size of your crumbles.

- Now add the lemon juice to taste.

- Season with some pepper, olive oil and chives (optional)
