2 lbs93% lean ground beef

1yellow onion
large, diced

4 clovesgarlic
minced

3zucchini
medium, diced

4celery ribs
sliced thin

1 x 28 ozcan crushed tomatoes

2 x 14 ozcans diced tomatoes

2cans white beans
drained

2cans kidney beans
drained

2 cupspotatoes
diced

4 cupsfrozen mixed vegetables

2 quartsbeef stock

2 quartsvegetable broth

1 envelopeonion soup mix

1bay leaf

1 tablespoonblack pepper

1 tablespoondried basil

1 tablespoonGarlic and Herb seasoning
Instructions
Step 1
Brown beef and drain.
Add diced onion, celery, and zucchini and cook 5 minutes then add the garlic and cook another 5 minutes.
Add all the canned ingredients, stock, broth, potatoes, and all the seasoning including the onion soup mix.
Step 2
Cook at least 30 minutes, or as long as a few hours. 30 minutes before serving add the frozen vegetables and simmer until service.
