Instructions

Step 1
Brown beef and drain. Add diced onion, celery, and zucchini and cook 5 minutes then add the garlic and cook another 5 minutes. Add all the canned ingredients, stock, broth, potatoes, and all the seasoning including the onion soup mix.
Step 2
Cook at least 30 minutes, or as long as a few hours. 30 minutes before serving add the frozen vegetables and simmer until service.
