Honey Chilli Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

2Sweet pepper

150gtenderstem broccoli

6 nestsnoodles

150gmangetout
30ggarlic lemongrass puree

60mlsoy sauce

50gbrown sugar
Instructions
Sauce
Step 1
Add the sugar and some water to a pan on medium heat

Step 2
Once mixture thickens add soy sauce

Prep
Step 3
Bring saucepan of water to the boil for noodles
Step 4
Slice pepper and broccoli


Step 5
Cook noodles for 4 mins and run under cold water
Stir fry
Step 6
While the noodles cook heat the pan and add oil

Step 7
Add pepper and broccoli and fry for 5mins


Step 8
Add mangetout and fry until tender, 1-2 mins

Step 9
Stir in puree and cook for 1 min
garlic lemongrass puree30g
Step 10
Add the sauce and veg to the pan
