Malai chicken buns with green chutney

the filling for the buns can be used in many ways like a sandwich or as a bread pocket filling. u can use this filling for basically anything, my special green chutney recipe gives it an extra kick of flavor.

Instructions

for the dough

Step 1
Combine the milk, sugar and yeast and let it sit for 5 min until foamy
Step 2
Meanwhile mix the dry ingredients and the butter and egg

After five minutes add the milk mixture into the dry mixture and knead for 6-7 mins The dough needs to be very soft so add another 2 tbsp of milk if needed

Let the dough rise for at least an hour

chicken mixture

Step 5
Marinate your chicken and let sit for at least 10 mins
Step 6
Fry the chicken in butter and add the veggies when the chicken is half way cooked
Step 7
Sauté everything until the chicken is a bit browned and fully cooked
Step 8
Remove the chicken and set it aside

Malai sauce

Step 9
In the same pan add the mayo, cream, chilli and coriander and the spices
Step 10
Mix well and add back the chicken and sauté everything until the sauce gets bit thick
Step 11
Now roll the dough into balls and make circles to fill the chicken
Step 12
While filling the dough put the chicken and dont forget the green chutney and close it tightly
Step 13
Bake in a pre heated oven at 350 for 15-20 mins
Step 14
Brush with garlic butter and serve hot
