Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Split one spaghetti squash in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds. Place squash on foil lined baking sheet.
Step 2
2. Bake spaghetti squash 45 - 60 minutes until tender. You can bake the meatballs at the same time, turning them over after 15 minutes.
Step 3
3. Scrape out squash strands into a large bowl. Add 15 ounce can of spaghetti sauce, 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, and quartered meatballs.
