Step 1
Turn your stove to medium high heat and in a large sauce pan begin heating your oil
Step 2
While your oil heats, cut your peppers and sausage to bite size pieces.
Step 3
Add your sausage and peppers to your skillet and sear until both sides have a little color to them. About 8 minutes total. The sausage I use is precooked
Step 4
Add rice and water to your skillet and bring to a simmer. Once simmering, turn the heat to medium low, cover, and cook for 5 minutes
Step 5
Once done, give it a good stir and that’s it!
