Instructions
Step 1
Make Marinade, mix together the Ginger, Soy Sauce and Sake, in a bowl.
Add pork and marinade for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Heat Oil in wok or skillet, fry the onions until transparent. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
Add meat to wok and fry for 5 minutes or until cooked.
Step 4
Return the onions to wok, stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add remaining Marinade and stir fry for 1- 2 minutes longer.
Serve on rice.
