Instructions

Step 1
Drain tuna oil from the can. Transfer into a bowl and mix with 1 Tbsp of mayonnaise. Add some pepper at the end and mix!

Chop and dice one strip of kimchi. This is optional but it adds so much flavour!

In a big bowl, add 1 serving of cooked rice, and drizzle 1 Tbsp of sesame oil and sprinkle some sesame seeds.

Step 4
Crush up a packet of seaweed and gently mix everything.

Step 5
Get a round bowl- and place saran wrap on the bottom to help the rice burger come out easier at the end.
Step 6
Place half of your rice and make sure to press it down. Next, place your tuna paste, kimchi and sliced cheese. Add the remaining rice and press down again.

Pull out the saran wrap and shape it with your hands.

Slice in the middle and serve!
