0.5red bell pepper
chopped
¼ cupred onion
diced
3 Tbspcilantro
chopped
2 Tbsplime juice
2 Tbspolive oil
1 tspcumin
½ tspsalt
Tacos
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all of the salsa ingredients together and let sit for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Dice the chicken and cook with oil and lime juice on medium heat.
Step 3
Serve everything together on the tortillas and enjoy
