Ingredients
6 servings
beef bouillon cube
1 ¾ cupswater
hot
1 TbspWorcestershire sauce
1 tspsalt
1 tspground black pepper
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tspItalian seasoning
2 poundstop sirloin steak
cut into very thin strips
1 cupred bell pepper
medium, sliced thin
1 cupgreen bell pepper
medium, sliced thin
½ cupwhite onion
medium, sliced thin
6hoagie buns
sliced in half lengthways
3 Tbspbutter
6 slicesprovolone cheese
cut in strips
Instructions
Step 1
In a large measuring cup, mix together the beef bouillon cubes and the water. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
Step 2
Add the beef strips, sliced red and green peppers and sliced onion to the crockpot.
Step 3
Pour the beef bouillon mixture over the top of the meat and vegetables in the crockpot. Stir to combine.
Step 4
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours
