Green Beans & Chicken Stew
5 steps
Prep:15minCook:40min
This is a delicious and light stew containing only around 350 kcal per serving, rich in protein, has enough (good) carbs to fill you up and is low in fat - perfect for a diet plan!
Storable in a fridge for at least 5 days, tastes great reheated (if not better) and good for freezing too. Not many downsides really. :)
