Make sauce
Step 2
Brown ground chicken, drain. Add thawed, drained spinach and black beans. Add 1 cup of sauce and 1 cup cheese to meat mixture when ready to assemble ench.
Step 3
Pour enough sauce into 9x13 pan to cover bottom. Fill tortillas, roll and place in pan. Pour rest of sauce over all. Sprinkle with rest of cheese. Cover lightly with foil.
Step 4
Bake 350 for 30-40 min til cheese bubbly and hot throughout.
