1 ½ cupedamame
steamed

matchstick

105gred cabbage
shredded

2green onions
the green part

15gfresh cilantro
chopped
Dressing

⅓ cuptahini

6 Tbsporange juice

1 Tbsporange zest

1 ½ Tbsptamari

2garlic cloves

1 Tbspginger
minced

1 tspsesame oil

Add in
Instructions
Step 1
Cook soba noodles in salted boiling water. Add edamame and boil for 2 more minutes
Step 2
Drain and rinse under cold water
Step 3
Make the dressing








Step 4
Toss noodles and vegetables gently, then add the dressing and toss again. Serve at room temp
