Large, juice

2lemon zest

3 tblsmayo

3 tsphorse radish

1 tblssweet chilli
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onion very finely and also the coriander and chives
Step 2
Zest the lemon and add to herb mix
Step 3
Whisk cream until it forms peaks but not to stiff
Step 4
Mix the cream cheese in a separate bowl and add all the ingredients together and fold in
Step 5
Put the mixture in the mould and refrigerate
Step 6
Make atleast 2 days before
