1 scoopWhey Vanilla Protein Powder
0.33 CupSugar Free Pancake & Baking Mix with Monkfruit
Sweetened
1egg
large
⅔ cupwater
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl mix keto pancake mix with protein powder, then add egg & water. Whisk until all lumps are gone and the batter is smooth.
Step 2
Heat up griddle or pan to a medium heat.
Step 3
Grease the griddle or pan to prep for batter to be poured
Step 4
Once heated pour 1 scoop of batter for each pancake
Step 5
Flip the pancakes once bubbles start to form and then remove, placing them into a plate for serving
Step 6
Garnish with Granola Mix and Honey (optional)
