Instructions

Step 1
Whisk egg yolk in med. bowl. Add onions, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, & allspice, stirring to combine.
Step 2
Add ground meats to egg mixture. (Use hands or lg. spoon to thoroughly mix together. Form into 2” balls. Set aside.
Step 3
Heat oil in 10” skillet over med. Add meatballs & cook, turning them every 2 min. until browned on all sides. Transfer meatballs to plate.
Step 4
Melt butter in same skillet. Add flour & stir to form a roux; cook (30 sec.), stirring frequently.
Step 5
Add beef broth, whisking until smooth; bring to simmer. Return meatballs to pan; simmer (5-7 min.) in gravy, uncovered, until meatballs are cooked through & gravy has thickened.
Step 6
Remove from heat, stirring in sour cream. Taste & add additional salt, if needed.
Step 7
Serve meatballs & gravy over cooked pasta.
