Instructions
Step 1
Heat sesame oil in 10 inch skillet on medium heat. Add peas and carrots and onions, cooking until onions turn translucent. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 2
Crack and scramble eggs in a bowl to make sure you don’t have any egg shell with them. Push veggies to the side of the pan and cook the scrambled eggs.
Step 3
Add butter to pan and let it melt. Once melted add your leftover rice. Use your hands to break the rice up out of large chunks as you add it. Mix all together and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce, mix well. Add pepper to your taste, you should not need any additional salt because of the soy sauce and hoisin. Remove from heat and serve while hot.
