Instructions

Step 1
Beat butter and sugar in mixer on medium speed for three minutes. Add ricotta and beat until combined. Add eggs one at a time mixing after each addition. Add flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla until well combined. Pour into well greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely and remove from pan
