Instructions
Step 1
Add 4 tbsp stir fry oil and fry chicken pieces in medium heat for 5-6 minutes
Step 2
Boil water and add hot water and noodles to a seperate bowl once chicken starts cooking
Step 3
After 5-6 minutes, when chicken is cooked, add chopped garlic and sliced onions cook for 3 minutes. Then add broccoli cook for 4 minutes, then add chopped bell peppers, beans and mushrooms cook for another 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add 1 TSP of salt and little peppers and reduce heat. Check noodles, if cooked transfer them to another bowl containing cold water
Step 5
Take a bowl and add 1+1/2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp hot sauce, 1 tbsp of sesame oil, chopped green onions and few sesame seeds if you like.
Step 6
Drain the noodles and add to pan and increase the heat to medium high. After 2-3 minutes cooking, add the sauce mix to pan then cook for 2 more minutes. And serve hot.
