Sausage and Kale Stir Fry

Step 1

Pan fry sausage sliced until 50% cooked in pan

Step 2

Add diced onion and continue cooking

Step 3

Massage chopped and destemmed kale with olive oil until soft and limp

Step 4

Add kale to pan and cook with lemon juice, garlic, and red pepper flakes

Step 5

Serve in a bowl, all mixed together!
