Beath 1/2 an egg in a small bowl

add your mince and your seasonings

In a medium bowl mix together your beef and the breadcrumbs and egg until evenly combined

shape into a burger patty and dust with flower. - be sure to not make it too thick, or too thin.

prepare your vegetables and cut needed ingredients

Spray a frying pan with oil and heat to a medium temperature
Step 7
add mean patty and cook for 5 minutes on both sides, or until cooked through. Place to the side and cover in foil. Do not keep flipping
Step 8
Slice the seasame seed bun in half, butter, and place buttered side down in the frying pan to toast. Remove once golden
Step 9
Carefully assemble the burger, ensuring ingredients do not make it soggy
Step 10
Present on a plate and take a photo
