Instructions

Step 1
Cut off tops of peppers and remove seeds.
Step 2
Precook peppers in boiling salted water for 5 minutes; drain.
Step 3
Salt insides generously.
Step 4
Brown meat and onion.
Step 5
Add 1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper
Step 6
Stir in tomatoes, rice, 1/2 cup water, and Worcestershire sauce.
Step 7
Cover, simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Step 8
Stir in cheese.
Step 9
Stuff peppers.
Step 10
Place in baking dish.
Step 11
Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
