Instructions
Step 1
Place pineapple, banana, canned coconut milk, almond milk and maple syrup in to a high speed blender or food processor.
Step 2
Blend until smooth. If you’re having trouble getting everything to combine, add 1-2 tablespoons of almond milk or water.
Step 3
Spoon into bowl and top with strawberries, walnuts and desiccated coconut.
